Mindfulness Art Therapy
This mindfulness-based art therapy group is designed for teens who want a creative, low-pressure way to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Using simple art activities, participants will learn how to calm their nervous system, express emotions safely, and build practical coping skills. The focus is entirely on process, not perfection—no art experience is needed. This is a supportive space to slow down, connect with peers, and better understand yourself through creativity. All supplies included.
Led by Leah Parker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Supervised by Dr. Kevin Anderson, LMFT #105919
Next group will run for one week July 27th - July 31st, Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 10:00

We Can Help
Therapy, unlike anxiety medication, treats more than just the symptoms of the problem. Participating in a workshop can help uncover the underlying causes of fears and phobias to help you overcome the roots of your anxiety and help you learn how to relax, and develop better coping and problem-solving skills.
