About Me
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected—to want meaningful relationships but struggle to navigate the social world. As an autistic individual with OCD, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of communication, loneliness, and self-doubt. I used to obsess over social missteps, feeling inadequate no matter how hard I tried to connect with others.
Through my journey, I came to understand that connection isn’t just through words - it’s about shared experiences, presence, and a deeper understanding. Chess and education enabled me to build relationships across cultures and languages, revealing the many ways people communicate beyond spoken conversation. This realization became a core value in my life and ultimately led me to the field of therapy.
As an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) therapist, I help people connect more deeply to their values—even when one’s neurodivergence, history, or trauma make it hard to stay grounded or feel safe in relationships. Trauma can heighten the emotional and sensory challenges neurodivergent people already face, making it even harder to regulate emotions, focus, or feel understood. ACT provides tools to respond flexibly to stress while building a life centered on what truly matters. My training in EMDR therapy is integral in processing painful past experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming or limiting in your daily life.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, those healing from trauma, and families looking to strengthen their relationships. My approach is collaborative and flexible, centered on helping you gain a deeper understanding of who you are and who you aspire to become. Your life doesn’t have to be defined by your pain. Together, we’ll work toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to you.
