  • As a compassionate and dedicated therapist, I specialize in working with couples and young adults as they navigate life's complexities. I'm passionate about helping people build stronger relationships, both with themselves and with others.

I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and have since focused my clinical work on relational health. I have extensive experience helping couples navigate communication issues, conflict, and disconnection. My work in this area is deeply informed by Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps partners identify and change negative patterns, fostering a more secure emotional bond.

In addition to my focus on couples, I have significant experience working with military families and young adults as they navigate life transitions, relational challenges, and emotional well-being. I understand the unique stressors and resilience of these communities and am dedicated to providing culturally competent care.

My approach is also grounded in trauma-informed care. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful modality for treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I integrate EMDR principles into my work to help clients process past experiences and develop new coping strategies.

I am committed to providing inclusive care and creating a therapeutic space that respects and honors the unique backgrounds, identities, and perspectives of each client. Whether you're a couple seeking to reconnect or a young adult looking for clarity, I am here to support your journey toward healing and growth.
